For those who are not willing to dish out $49.99 for the awesome package that is The Orange Box, there is some good news coming your way. Soon you will be able to purchase each game individually and test each one of them out to see if you like it or not. According to Gamestop, Portal will make its debut at $19.99 (USD) and Team Fortress and Half Life Episodes I and II will debut at $29.99 respectively.

Doing some simple mathematic calculations we can see that The Orange Box is a great deal according to this price structure. If we add up all of the individual game prices together, we get a grand total of $80.00 while The Orange Box bundle retails for $49.99. In other words, if you have interest in two or more of these games, save some money and get the whole package instead of buying everything individually. You will save almost half your money.

Expect all of these titles to hit the shelves individually for the first time starting on April 9th for all territories.
